Delete your Sealed Fates account
You can delete your Sealed Fates account, made by Phorma Labs, and the data that goes with it at any time. Deleting can't be undone: your cards, currencies and anything you've bought are gone for good.
In the game
- Open Settings (the cog) and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away, and the game starts fresh with a new guest account.
The Delete account button comes with the game's first Google Play test build. On an earlier version, delete by email instead.
Without the game
Email hello@phorma-labs.com with the subject "Delete my Sealed Fates account", and tell us:
- your player name and number, as shown under Settings › Account, and
- the email address of the Google account you signed in with, if you did.
We may ask a question to check the account is yours, and we finish within 30 days.
What's deleted
Your account and sign-in, player name, cards, decks, card backs, portraits, Gold, Shards and Crystals, quests and Trials progress, ratings and ladder standing, your ghost deck, and the history of changes to your game data.
What's kept
- Match results in other players' histories, without your name.
- Reports made by you or about you, for as long as we need them to keep the game safe.
- Records the law makes us keep, such as purchase records once the game sells anything.
Typed chat is deleted 7 days after each match either way. More detail is in the privacy policy.
Played as a guest?
If you never signed in with Google, your account is tied to your device. Delete it in the game before you uninstall. If you've already uninstalled, email us your player name and number and we'll delete it.
